Kacholola Central Baptist Church

Kendall and I have been wanting to visit the 5 Baptist churches in Kacholola for a while now. Last Sunday, we visited Kacholola Central. It is a fairly large church for this area. The choir was amazing and we were so welcomed by the members of the church. After the service, Kendall told them all that he had Bibles to sell. They ran to him to see the Bibles. They were so happy to have bought a Bible and it was theirs! Thank you all for giving to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, this helps us to purchase Bibles to sell among the Nsenga people.

All of them wanted to touch the Bible and look through it.

Ladies leaving church on Sunday.

Can you guess what this boy is holding in the bowl?
For over a year and a half, Kendall and I have wondered.
We decided to stop and find out what they were...mushrooms or in Chichewa ...bowa.
Zambians love these brightly colored mushrooms as a relish with their nshima.
**Thank you all for your love and prayers for me in the loss of my grandfather. The Lord has comforted me and brought me great peace. Praise Him!**
