One month ago, we met our newest "neighbor" (30 kilometers away) in Nyimba. Drew is a Peace Corps volunteer in a place called Hofmeyr. He is working with the Ministry of Health and volunteering at the clinic in Hofmeyr. We knew that his house was almost finished being built and that he was living in his village, Amos. Josh was in Nyimba from Luwembe and came to see us so we decided to make a visit to Drew without him knowing that we were coming. He was so happy to see us when we arrived. We brought with us some cappucino muffins, nyama soya (chicken flavored soy meat), and some cookies. His house was very nice and the people in his village were very friendly. We praise the Lord that He has blessed us with friends from all over America that live in the Nyimba District. Josh is from New York, Ali from Massachusetts, and Drew from California,
pray for these Peace Corps workers as they seek to encourage and assist the Zambian ministries of Health and Education.
Pray for us as we minister to them with a warm shower, a comfortable room to sleep in, and a home cooked meal!

Our family with Drew outside his house.

Kendall, Drew, and Josh
