1,095 days ago...or 3 years ago today...
Kendall and I were appointed as missionaries with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention.
I will never forget that cold night in St. Louis as we stood with 65 of our fellow future missionaries to proclaim to the world that we were following God's call to minister to the Nsenga People of Zambia and Mozambique.
Each year when October 31 comes around, it is a very special day for our family as we reflect upon the amazing journey we have been on. A road filled with joy, laughter, tears, excitement, amazement, frustration, and incredible memories.
Praise the Lord for His continued faithfulness! May we never forget the day when He called each of us to serve Him in whatever capacity of ministry it may be!
