This year we were in Lusaka for Lily's official birthday, so we had a double birthday on Kendall's birthday, December 8th. I asked Lily if it would be okay if she shared a birthday cake with Daddy. Her response was this, "YES! That would be FINE! We both can blow out the candles!" Kendall of course loved sharing a cake with his little girl! We had a good time as a family enjoying a birthday meal of enchiladas and a princess cake to follow!
Zeria has been with us through 11 birthdays and she is so good at icing cakes, so I have to give her the credit for the cake. Thanks to my friend Amy for the princess birthday decorations!
These were Lily's 5 candles and on the other side we put 32 for Kendall!

Kendall always gets a funny card from his parents, and this one was great!
Opening presents! God was so good and the package with all of the birthday presents arrived THAT day! With the cake decorations and all the gifts! It is the little things that make the biggest difference!
