The Sunday before we left Nyimba, Lauren and Easton made a special request to have nshima (the staple food of Zambia) and ndiwo (anything that goes with nshima) with Zeria ONE more time! Zeria was so sweet to agree to their request. Being the picture crazy mama that I am, I had to document this last meal together before we headed to the States. The pictures will tell the story from start to finish.
