Mi Casa Es Su Casa

We had some friends of ours come to stay with us on the night before we traveled to Lusaka for the Annual Meeting of the Baptist Fellowship of Zambia. When I asked them what they wanted to eat for supper they told me that they wanted mzungu (Western) food. I knew some of our friends loved Mexican food. So Kendall made tortillas and I made the meat, beans, and spanish rice. To drink, we had Kool-Aid. Kendall taught them how to make a burrito. I was wondering if they really were enjoying it, I soon realized that they loved it and each had eaten 2-4 plates full of food! We laughed a lot over dinner and watched the Olympics after dinner! So fun to have these incredibly special friends join us for a fun meal together!
