There is something so pure and American about picking blackberries in the Texas countryside in the summertime. The kids had the opportunity to pick blackberries for the first time during our visit to Comanche! They were so excited to be able to eat them right off the bush! Lauren couldn't figure out why she couldn't get more in her bucket. She was tickled when she realized that if she would pick as much as she ate her bucket would have been more full!!! We had a great time!
