Kenya was good to me! The conference center is at the top of a mountain in Limuru, Kenya and it was gorgeous! I took so many pictures of the flowers, because I know that I will be longing for those colorful pictures when we are in the midst of the dry season! I held my first live chicken for a skit that we performed. God was so good to me at this conference and it was a sweet time of retreat and time with Him! I also was able to share Jesus with 4 people! I also have become GOOD at bargaining at the market which is big for me because I HATE bargaining!! Kendall did AWESOME with the kids and I thanked the Lord once again for blessing me with an incredible husband and best friend! Enjoy these pics! These may be the last for a while because we leave for safari orientation on Saturday for 30 days! Please pray for good health, sweet memories, and an open LEARNING attitude for all of us!

Jambo sana. It is beautiful there. I laugh when I think about it, I am one of those people who has always wanted to go to Africa, so I end up in Russia. It hasn't gotten about 50F, and it has snowed 4 times. I mean seriously it's May come on warm up already. Haha. Anyways. I am glad that things are going well there.
Helgrens! The pictures and descriptions are wonderful! Makes me want to be in Africa. =) And with Lily and Easton...oh how I miss your precious kids! But it sure looks like they are a hit there, just like they were in VA! =) That one of you with them just resting against you is so sweet...and I love the one of Justina and Easton! =) Do they pinch his cheeks and his cute little rolls? =) I am so glad you are settling in and doing so well.
