We arrived in Johannesburg, South Africa, last Monday. Each day we gather with 22 other people and we learn about how to effectively reach our people groups for Jesus Christ. Our leaders for the training are Tim and Charlotte Cearley and David and Janet Hooten. These 4 people have served Jesus for many years here in Africa. Through their time here they have learned many things about reaching Africans for Jesus, we are so delighted to learn from their experiences and glean from their wisdom.
Pray for the Cearley's and the Hooten's as they lead us for the next 2 weeks that God would give them strength and wisdom as they teach us.
Pray for us as we complete our assignments and as we truly seek the Lord's guidance as we plan how we can effectively and efficiently reach the Nsenga of Zambia and Mozambique for Jesus.
Praise the Lord that Lily, Easton, and Lauren are having a wonderful time with the many other young children that are here! They are tired at the end of the day because of all of the fun that they are having!
Praise the Lord for the International Mission Board caring enough about our job as missionaries to provide us with such wonderful training.
Pray for us as we go into Soweto on Friday to witness, that God would allow us some great opportunities to share Jesus with South Africans!
